Self-Acceptance through Process Oriented Art

Expressive Arts Therapy is a practice of "process-oriented" art.  Felicia chose to specialize in this approach because of the way it helps people unearth emotions, thoughts, and memories beyond talking. It engages a part of the self that feels stuck through creative, process-oriented art practices - even if you’re not artistic. It is especially helpful for people who have a difficult time articulating their emotions and experiences and are interested in discovering deeper insights within themselves.  It often urges us to let go of the incessant need for control, to trust the process - and importantly, to trust ourselves. In this way, process-oriented art serves as a powerful tool on the journey towards emotional freedom.
