Tara uses a strength-based approach to help individuals cultivate a more positive mind-set, find balance, and navigate difficult times with more resilience. She helps clients recognize and develop internal strengths which they learn to apply in solving their own problems. She places great value on the relationship between the client and therapist and works to build those relationships in a relaxed, non-judgmental, and supportive space.
